Custom box requests require additional time due to the customization process and may take an extra 5–7 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. While most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Discreet Packaging:
Your privacy matters to us. All shipments are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes with no mention of our store name or the contents inside.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the United States. Some items may be restricted in certain states or localities due to laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are legal in their area before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@poppyssecret.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
