Return & Refund Policy

Because of the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Klarna Purchases – 14 Day Right of Return
In compliance with Klarna’s policy, customers who purchase through Klarna have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, including items normally marked as final sale. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Refunds for Klarna purchases will be processed back through Klarna once the return is received and approved. Klarna’s terms and conditions apply to any installment payments.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at contact@poppyssecret.com including your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a full refund—at our discretion.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in the condition they were received (unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact).

• Return shipping may be handled by us or reimbursed if deemed our responsibility.
